Follow up inspection: -Empty bottles and cans that were previously accumulating on-site were removed from the food premises. -Operator with FOODSAFE training was present onsite at the time of inspection. -Operator mentioned that staff will complete an online FOODSAFE Level 1 course soon. *Please provide an update to the district E.H.O. of Fraser Health regarding the successful completion of FOODSAFE Level 1 course by staff at this restaurant. *Ensure that all shifts are scheduled so that the Operator with valid FOODSAFE training or at least one staff member with valid FOODSAFE training in the absence of the Operator is present on-site at all times.
