Produce area thoroughly cleaned and organized. Rodent poison removed. New cutting board purchased and clicks onto sink set-up. Looks 100% better. Walk-in freezer significantly cleaned up and condensation line fixed. No more ice build up. Wood shelves remain, but plan in place to replace. Walk-in cooler significantly cleaner. Floor dry. Wood shelves remain, but plan in place to replace. Verify at next scheduled inspection. **Food boxes and containers still stored directly on floor, despite available shelf space.
