Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Maximum temperature addressed on plate is noted at 65.5oC (both thermolable and min-max thermometer). Thermometers used by staff addressed a temperature of 75.4oC. During cycle, it does not appear the rinsing cycle is activiated (temperature gauge on dishwasher did not move).
Corrective Action(s): Do not use dishwasher until technician has checked the dishwasher.

This paper towel dispenser is placed lower than other dispensers in the area due to the addition of the vegetable wash solution. Ensure garbage bin is not placed in front of the paper towel dispenser.
