Cleaning of back coolers and black trolley done Water on ceiling of walk in freezer completely frozen, not dripping on to food. It appears when the door is left open fr long periods of time water drops form on ceiling and if thawed will drip on to food - do not leave door open for long periods, close as often as possible during restocking - At next scheduled defrosting, wipe down ceiling to remove frozen drops, monitor and service if needed - Ensure water does not drop onto food as it may lead to contamination and possible illness
