- All handsinks are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels in dispensers.
- Coolers at 4C or below.
- Freezers at -11C to -13.4C.
- Sanitizer in buckets and from spray bottle measured at 200ppm chlorine.
- Low temperature dishwasher reached 47C and final rinse water measured 50ppm chlorine.
- Dipper well is operational & in sanitary condition.
- Gelato machine appears to be in sanitary condition.
- No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.

*Wipe down the stains observed on the dishwasher door and on the outer surface of 2 compartment sink.
