Manager stated they did submit paperwork to replace the missing operating permit.
No new droppings observed in back room area, gelato production room or front room. Glue boards remain in place as well as snap traps
*Seal opening in the ceiling in back room area as discussed with Manager.
*Ensure food safe coverage is in place ie there must be at least 1 person on site who has food safe level 1 or equivalent when in operation.
Back room freezers at <-18c
