Routine inspection conducted and the following observations were made: - Temperature of walk in cooler recorded at 2C - Temperature of display cooler at 4C - 3 compartment dishwashing sink available for warewashing. 200ppm QUATS sanitizer dispenser provided. - Handwash sink available and had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 200ppm QUATS sanitizer bottle present. - Meat slicer maintained in good sanitary condition. - All food products stored at least 6 inches off the floor. - Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate. General sanitation of the facility is satisfactory.
