Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observations: 1) Bags of chicken cooled in water that is changed every 2 hours;
2) Freshly made meat sauce submerged in ice bath barely covering the container.
Corrective Action(s): Corrections: 1) Kitchen staff will cool the chicken within 2 hours;
2) Staff added more ice and water as to have the meat sauce submerged.
