Observation: Fruit flies noted in two dry storage rooms at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Operator to ensure dry storage shelves and floors are cleaned and sanitized with a dilute bleach solution at 100ppm. A mild bleach solution can be made using 1/2 teaspoon (2.5mL) of 5.25% unscented bleach to 1 liter of water. Solution can be made fresh daily, applied to a cleaned surface, and allowed to air dry.

General sanitation of kitchen satisfactory.
High-temperature dishwasher noted 71.4C (71C minimum) at the plate after final rinse cycle.
Left walk-in cooler noted at 4C or below. Operator to ensure right walk-in cooler is capable of maintaining ambient air temperature at 4C or below. Daily temperature logs must be in place for coolers to ensure food safety.
Hot holding inserts display small amounts of potentially hazardous foods for less than 2 hours and discarded.
Handwashing sink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels.
Food storage satisfactory. Items are stored at least 15 cm off the floors in pest-proof containers.
Washroom noted in sanitary condition at the time of inspection.
