Report of Findings
Licensing recieved a complaint on May 14, 2020, regarding care and supervision. The following concerns were alleged:

-Two staff were involved in an altercation with another individual while caring and supervising children.

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected through interviews.

Licensing determined the following contraventions:
- Community Care & Assisted Living Act Section 7 (1)(b)(i) - Standards to be maintained
