Introduction

An unscheduled follow-up inspection to Routine Inspection # SMIA-BYZW3N was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care & Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSP).

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated March 30, 2021 there were two children and one staff present. Licensing found all the contraventions identified in the Routine Inspection # SMIA-BYZW3N were addressed. The inspection report was written off-site – details were reviewed with the Manager prior to writing the report.
