Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is excellent. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezers at adequate temperature. Hot holding measured at 60C or higher. Capuccino machine and iced tea machines are cleaned weekly. These machines are in sanitary condition. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Food contact surfaces sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm QUATs as per test strips. Kitchen ventilation hood is in sanitary condition. Next cleaning scheduled for December 30, 2022. Random pre-packaged items were checked for best before dates and packaging integrity.
