Overall sanitation has improved. The walls and floors under grill & coolers have been cleaned. Cardboard boxes removed from shelves. Sanitizer bottle is labelled properly. Handsink in the kitchen is equipped with liquid soap in close proximity. Storage area is more organized. Following corrective actions still need to be followed: Obtain proper scoops (scoop with handle, not bowls). Organize under 3 compartment sink to enhance cleaning & pest monitoring.
