Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Metal container kept in the ice-maker/a handle on ice.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Remove the metal container from the ice-maker. Ensure that proper utensils are used for ice and kept it in a sanitary manner.

Observation: Front prep. cooler turned off. Staff claimed that cooler is broken.
Note: Observed ice on top of the cooler and small containers with food. Food must be kept not more then 2 hour/and rotate or finished. Make sure that ice is not melted/replace it.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Repair the prep. cooler.

- Quat sanitizer - available at 200 ppm (at 3-compartment sink and in a red bucket).
- Food storage well organized (off the floor and covered).
- Fan hood - satisfactory.
- No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
- Dishwasher at 77.6 C at final rinse.
