- Storage cooler is less than 4C. Thermometer is available
- Freezer is measured at -16C
- Savory bread and baked items that are potentially hazardous are time tracked and discarded after six hours
- Quats sanitizer at two compartment sink dispenser is measured at 200ppm quats concentration.
- Surface sanitizer is available in spray bottles, concentration is measured at 200ppm quats
- No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
