Production of perogies a few times a year, supplying local bars/pubs. - Walk-in cooler measured at 1C. - Walk-in freezer measured at -23C. - No food products from this operation were stored onsite at time of inspection. - Bleach available for sanitizing. 100 ppm chlorine detected in spray bottle. - Three-compartment sink available for warewashing. - Operation uses the same equipment as Hillside Products, aside from perogy extruder. - General sanitation was satisfactory - Hand washing sink properly supplied.
