Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-BCKSPY. Areas/equipment noted on previous report observed to be in clean condition. Reminder to ensure areas such as cooler door seals, cooler interior/exterior surfaces are routinely cleaned as necessary to prevent build up of food debris. Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer at 200 ppm in bucket with wiping cloths. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Temporary FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate produced by staff member on site was issued on June 21, 2019. Reminder to keep copies of staff certificates on site.
