Comments

General sanitation was good. Handwash sinks were fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water. All coolers (under counters, walk in) <4C. Freezers (walk in, small freezer) < -18C. Food containers all covered and labelled. Dishwasher at 78.8C by the end of rinse cycle. Sanitizer in buckets with pre soaked wipes at 200ppm Quats. Exhaust fan hood clean and no grease buildup. No signs of pest activity. Staff washroom was clean and fully equipped as well. Pizza oven, no food debris buildup.
