3. Cleaning and sanitizing chemicals not available at dishwashing areas

Comments

Follow-Up inspection:
-Bleach and detergent available at both sinks in processing room for clean & sanitizing equipment
-Lemon scented bleach will be used until completed - Future bleach orders will be non-scented bleach only
-New supply of 20 L jug detergent available for proper cleaning of facility
-Replaced missing light in lower walk in - lighting has improved
-Large walk in cooler and freezer has been serviced and functioning properly
-Pallets in processing area are moved in and out regularly not requiring cleaning

Corrections still required:
1.Missing covers for lower walk in cooler light bulbs
2. Structural improvements still required for lower walk in cooler corner and large walk in cooler wall
3. Processing table still partially blocking 1 comp of 3 comp sink - must have easy access to all 3 comp of sink.
