New rice cooker installed in kitchen, clean and not currently in use. Ensure rice leftovers are discarded at end of day.
Beef /sauce/gravy warmer 66 C
Spring rolls and gyoza warmer 77-80 C
Dishwasher staff observed wearing the correct gloves for the appropriate tasks - orange for cleaned, sanitized dishware and black gloves for soiled dishware.
Food utensils / bowls not observed to be stored inside bulk food containers.
Food items not observed to be stored in opened metal cans.
Walk-in freezer contains less product, inventory is better organized.
Oversized ramen cooking pot no longer in use.
