Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottle and dispenser at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 72C final rinse temperature.
Prep coolers and stand-up cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Exhaust hood vents observed to be in sanitary condition.
Pest control company will be contacted as per operator.

All violations in report# JCHY-CQTSB6 have been corrected:
-Underneath and around the dry storage racks, preparation coolers, cookline, and 3-compartment sink area observed to be in sanitary condition.
-Correction Order issued on April 12, 2023 rescinded.

NOTE: Ensure exposed wood planks for shelving is removed or sealed. Ensure can opener blade is cleaned and sanitized after each use. If busy leave at dishpit to be washed and sanitized until able to. Do not leave on kitchen table for use if not cleaned.
