Follow-up Inspection conducted today fro report#JCHY-CCKRDE. All violations in report#JCHY-CCKRDE have been corrected. -3rd compartment sink measured at 100ppm chlorine. -Chlorine spray bottles and sanitizer bucket measured at 200ppm. Chlorine spray bottle in operation condition and is labelled. -Preparation cooler and produce cooler measured at 4C air ambient temperature. -FOODSAFE level 1 certified operator on-site. -Updated floorplan submitted. Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
