*Make sure both handwash stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towels at all times.
*Make sure baked hazardous foods do not spend excessive time cooling prior to placing in cooler units i.e. sausage rolls. Recommend use of timer or similar as reminder to transfer products to temperature controlled units.

Cooling units all measured less than 4 C.
Hot holding (soups) above 60 C. No whole chicken display at time of inspection.
Sanitizer spray bottles and at main sink both measured 200 to 400 ppm. OK.
Dishwasher at 75 C at plate. OK.

General sanitation pretty good at time of inspection.
