Raw meat and seafood store, no foods cooked on site as there is no permit to do so (slow cooker is for staff use only, did not observe any cooking or evidence of cooking at time of inspection)
Soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water available at handsinks
Bleach water spray sanitizer at 200 ppm chlorine residual
Meat grinders are taken apart daily, cleaned and sanitized in the 2 compartment sink with bleach/water. Bleach was available on site underneath the sinks.
All coolers are at 4 deg C or less
All freezers are at -18 deg C or less
Game meats (eg. elk burgers) are from approved sources (Hill Foods). Keep invoices for all suppliers on site.
Packaged meats and foods in display coolers and freezers in front area all have labels.
