Comments

-Follow-up inspection to July 28, 2022.
-Did not observe foods stored in garbage bags at the time of inspection.
-Scoops were found to be properly stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
-Shatter resistant light shields have been replaced over the light fixtures in the kitchen.
-Did not observed foods double stacked directly on top of one another at the time.
-Medicine has been relocated and is no longer stored above foods.
-Cleaning has been carried out on the shelving units in the walk-in cooler. Ensure the shelving units are cleaned on a regular basis to prevent future mould growth.
-Cardboard has been removed from the shelving units.
*Front prep cooler is still being used for the storage of small amounts of food on ice. Ensure the amount of ice is sufficient to maintain the food items at 4C or less on a consistent basis. Recommend using a mixture of ice and water to keep potentially hazardous food at or below 4C.
