Routine inspection - Handsink equipped with hot/ cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - Two compartment sink for manual dishwashing available - All coolers measured to be 4C or less - Ice cream and frozen food freezers measured to be -18C or less - Slushie dispensers not in service during time of inspection. Manager indicated that they are looking into replacing those units. - No pest activity detected during time of inspection. Discussed with manager regarding the use of traps without the use of toxic bait. - Washroom sanitation observed to be in good condition Note: 1. Keep the paper towel in the dispenser to protect the paper towel roll from contamination 2. Replace the battery of the automatic soap dispenser as not dispensing adequate amount of soap 3. Discussed with manager regarding maintaining a temperature log for refrigeration units
