Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Temperature of coolers recorded at or below 4C
- Freezers at or below -18C
- Any potentially hazardous food stored at room temperature was time tracked and discarded after 4 hours. Time labels were present on each container.
- All handwash sinks had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm QUATS solution recorded in the sanitizer pails.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing. 200ppm QUATS recorded in the 3rd sink.
- Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Ice machine maintained in good sanitary condition. Ice scoops were stored outside in a sanitary manner.
- Vents were found clean and free of grease/dirt build up.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent certificate (Exp Sept 27, 2025)
- Permit posted at the front.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Mechanical traps observed throughout the facility.
