Observation: Dried mouse droppings on the floor in the back of house noted during the routine inspection was not cleaned.

Observation: During the routine inspection, operator mentioned that she has completed the FOODSAFE level 1 course. However, unable to locate her completion of the course. Noted on file, her certificate has expired July 29, 2018.
Corrective Action(s): Provide evidence that operator has passed and completed the FOODSAFE level 1 course. Failure to provide evidence or complete the course by the follow-up inspection may result in enforcement action (correction order, ticket, etc.).

Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CKCRFF
In-use scoops for customer self-dispensing of bulk food now being changed out after every use with a designated used container.
Paper towel now available by the front of house handwashing station.
Hot and cold running water now available in the staff restroom.
Missing lid still noted on one of the container of bulk food for customer to self-dispense at the start of the follow-up inspection. Another container, with a proper lid, was brought out to replace the one with the missing lid during the inspection.
As per operator, she plans to have the 2 broken refrigeration units serviced within the next 2 weeks as a new shipment will be coming in at that time. Operator MUST ensure that the refrigeration units are able to maintain at 4C or lower before storing away any cold potentially hazardous food items.

Operator must make an effort to correct all cited violations noted during inspections in a timely manner (within the date to be completed by time frame), failure to comply will result in progressive enforcement actions going forward.
