Follow up inspection to MTRG-B45QYM. - Debris accumulation on fan covers in several walk-in coolers has been removed, ensure to wipe down/ clean as needed. - Ice build-up in domestic upright freezer holding pureed mint has been removed - Detailed cleaning in hard to reach areas, such as corners of cabinetry and underneath and around various equipment has been done, ensure that janitorial company pay close attention to hard to reach areas - Top handle for one prep cooler (holding various inserts of gravies) was now available during time of inspection. - Door knob to ladies washroom now available. * All previous deficiencies have been corrected
