-Prep cooler was at 3C (top) and 1C (bottom) -Back upright cooler was at 4C. -Back under counter cooler was at 3C. -Customer area cooler was at 4C. -Front cooler was not working and was not used for the storage of potentially hazardous foods at the time of inspection. -Back upright freezer was at -14C. -Front freezer was at -18C. -Hot holding was greater than 60C. -Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach was tested at 100ppm to 200ppm. -Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Sanitizer pails and spray bottles were at 100ppm. Containers were properly labelled. -Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary. -Ice machine was clean and sanitary. Ice scoop was stored in a sanitary manner. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. -Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels. -General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
