Paper based inspection Report #F00242137: Hand delivered "Health Permit to Operate:. Ensure to post in plain public view. Inspection: Hand sinks were accessible and have liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. Temperatures were meeting health requirements (cold holding <4 deg C; freezer <-18 deg C). Food items were stored off the floor. Timer/Temp. recordings for pizza holding were maintained. Sanitizer available at 100 ppm. General sanitation was good. No signs of pests noted at time of inspection.
