Observation: Meat slicer observed with food debris affixed to blade. This is a repeat violation noted in report BWOI-BKVQMH on January 16, 2020.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff are trained on how to properly clean and sanitize the meat slicer.
Ensure staff have access to a flashlight to verify cleaning has been properly done.
Write steps for staff to follow when cleaning and sanitizing the meat slicer.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoop observed stored on top of the ice machine. This was removed to be warewashed.
Most of the wire rack shelving inside walk in cooler #2 observed to be rusting and flaking.
Corrective Action(s): Store ice scoop in a container and wash both daily.
Replace all rusted wire rack shelving.
