- Quats sanitizer dispenser located above drainboard to 3 compartment sink. Sink utilizes a chlorine bleach dispensing system and sanitizing sink aligned with drainboard. Recommend relocating quats dispenser to alternate area or have Ecolab verify the interaction of these chemicals does not pose a hazard.

- Ensure stocking practices in prep cooler inserts limits volumes to workable amounts. Noted sliced roast beef volumes exceeded insert capacity.

- Walk-in cooler repaired during inspection.
