Ice machine has mould growth inside machine.
Corrective Action(s):
1. Empty ice machine and discard current ice.
2. Follow manufacturer's instructions to clean and sanitize ice machine.
3. Use ice from an approved source until machine is properly cleaned and sanitized.

Routine Inspection:
- Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
Freezers maintained at or below -18 degrees Celsius.
Hot holding for gravy maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
- Food storage practices excellent.
- All food products in coolers and freezers protected from contamination.
- Bleach available for manual dishwashing.
- Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 50 ppm chlorine.
- Glass washer sanitizing with 100 ppm chlorine.
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection.
- General sanitation of kitchen and bar area satisfactory.
