- Hand washing sink properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quat sanitizer available at 200 ppm in spray bottle.
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 75C at the dish surface during final rinse cycle. Good - a minimum final rinse temperature of 71C at the dish surface is required.
- Coolers measured at 4C or colder
- Freezers measured at -18C or colder
- No hot-holding at time of inspection
- Temperature logs available and up-to-date
- Good food storage practices noted. All food stored off the floor and properly covered.
- All equipment maintained in sanitary conditions. General sanitation also satisfactory.
