Corrective Action(s): Manager stated that dishwasher was working (50 ppm chlorine or more detected at plate level, per sanitation logs), but this morning there was no sanitizer detected, and a technician was called.
Technician arrived and serviced dishwasher. 50 ppm chlorine or more detected in rinse residual at the plate level.

- Daily (morning/afternoon) temperature and sanitation logs available and up to date.
- Equipment (e.g. mandolin slicers) stored in sanitary condition. Ice machine cleaned and sanitized.
- Bleach water sanitizer available at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine (spray bottle in kitchen, buckets front/back).
- Holes noted on previous report sealed.
- Pest control has re-serviced the premises and reset trap noted on previous routine inspection report.
- Storage area cleaned. No bags of rice stored outside of bins.
