Observation: Mounted sanitizer dispenser at 3 compartment sink repaired. However, dispensed bleach sanitizer solution tested >200ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Adjust premixed dispenser to ensure it can dispense 200 ppm chlorine. In the meantime, continue to manually mix a 200ppm bleach solution (5ml bleach to 1 liter of water) for sanitizing equipment/utensils in the dishwashing sink.

CORRECTED VIOLATIONS:
311 corrected - mop sink now in use for dumping dirty mop water.

Previous violation corrected:
- Holes in the walls/ceiling of the walk in cooler sealed with plastic plugs.

Comments:
1. Floor plan updated to reflect addition of hot holding unit and updated Sanitation Plan received. Hot holding unit turned on during inspection - measured at 50C. Hot holding unit not approved for use at this time. Ensure unit is turned on before next follow up inspection and ensure it is operating at 60C or hotter.
2. Submit updated Food Safety Plan for pasta (lasagna/spaghetti).
