Observation: Quat not properly dispensing at correct concentration at 3 compartment sink. Residual tested at <100ppm. Bleach available on site. Bleach sanitizing solution set up in sanitizing solution set up in sanitizing sink at 100ppm. Re sanitize all utensils as discussed (4 caps)

Gen: New manual pump for dispensing concentrated Quat into the sanitizing sink installed. 2½ pumps yields a residual of approx 250-300ppm
*Gen: Ensure you document in your daily monitoring log the concentration to show you are doing your due diligence
*Gen: Ensure solution containing wiping cloths is changed every 2 hours for more frequent depending on the organic load introduced
