The following observations were made: - Front cooler is not being used, as it is still in the process of being repaired - Bottom shelf: 5C; 2nd shelf: 8C; 3rd shelf: 8C; top shelf: 8C. - Continue adjusting or replace the cooler so that it can maintain 4C uniformly throughout the cooler. After it is repaired, contact the EHO for a follow-up inspection. No potentially hazardous sweets, such as gulab jamun, rasgulla, and rasmulai may be placed inside the front display cooler
