Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice machine found to have mildew build up on the top plate. Operator must ensure that this area is cleaned and sanitized on a more frequent basis
Corrective Action(s): Discard all ice on site for human consumption
Clean out ice machine and sanitize
Obtain clean ice for customer drink service while machine is being cleaned
Add cleaning of the ice machine to routine procedures

Observation: Rodent droppings noted in the following areas;
-around the low temperature dishwasher (area under drain board)
-kitchen staff room, behind rolling cabinet/shelf
-under the kitchen stove (repeat issue)
-on the bottom shelves of the dry storage area
-behind the kitchen prep coolers
-behind the kitchen deep fry area freezer
-on the bottom shelf of the overstock take-out containers (storage area beside washroom)
-behind table and around server station (storage area beside washroom)
-around the server water station (within cabinets and above)
-behind the keno machine
-in the modem/router cabinet on the right side of the bar horseshoe (repeat issue)
-around the liquor walk-in cooler doors

Corrective Action(s): Conduct a deep clean of the facility with particular attention to the above noted areas. Pull away equipment, and thoroughly clean and sanitize the facility. The amount of rodent droppings found during this inspection is not acceptable. Deep cleaning must be conducted on a more frequent basis.

Corrective Action(s): Clean the above noted areas and sanitize.
Inspect areas for rodent entry/exit holes and fill
