On Follow-up:

-Technician was called in for servicing. Dishwasher rinse after 5-6 tries ranged between 64 and 70 degC. This is still too low. Get the technician to come back again. Dishwasher rinse should be at least 71 degC at the plate level after every wash. Call me when the dishwasher has been fixed. In the mean time, sanitize dishes as previously discussed.
-Purchase a high temperature reading thermometer as discussed.
