308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: 2 comp sink tap cold water supply is shut off. Only hot water supply available. Corrective Action(s): As per the operator, the cold water pipe was shut off intentionally as the packing for the cold water knob is broken and the water leaks through the knob when the cold water supply stays connected. All coolers at 4C or below. All freezers at -9C to -13C. High temperature dishwasher reached 71C or above during the final rinse. Varieties of disinfectants available for the front of house. Ensure to use 200ppm QUAT or 200ppm bleach for food contact surfaces. Bleach is available on site. QUAT from dispenser measured at 200ppm. Ventilation hood panels in sanitary condition. No signs of pest at the time of inspection. Served by Abell pest control company but operator unsure the frequency of visit. Ensure to email the undersigned with the most recent report. Hookas in sanitary condition. Hooka tubes and mouth pieces are single use disposables. Hooka flavors in original containers. Good sanitation overall. * Menu is limited to sandwiches/paninis, drinks, chicken strips, chicken wings, yam fries, and baked goods/desserts obtained from approved sources. ** Ensure to obtain paper towels that fits the dispensers. Hand delivered outstanding permit fee letter. Pay within 10 days.
