-Soap and paper towels at handsink. - Coolers <= 4 deg C, freezer at <= -18 deg C. - Hot holding >= 60 deg C. - Employees wearing non-latex gloves. - 3 comp sink with Quat sanitizer available >200pm -General sanitation is satisfactory - Temp logs maintained up to date. -Food products are covered and labeled, no expired products noted. - No signs of pests. -Good glove usages noted , washing hands prior to changing gloves- good * staff had no proof of FS training- one person stated that she has but no certificate on site ( verified on FS registry). Keep copies of FS certificate of staff on site for verification or staff to have their wallet card to proof *Noted staff with long finger nail and nail polish (long finger nail can rip the gloves), staff to have short finger nail and no nail polish.
