Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator was changing bleach water sanitizer in rag bucket during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that bleach water surface sanitizer is available at all times throughout the day. Solution was measured to have 100 ppm chlorine residual.

Handsink in dining area equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water, paper towels.
Various domestic coolers and cooler/freezer combination units located throughout premises:
All coolers at 4 deg C or less
All freezers (both chest freezers and freezers in the domestic cooler/freezer unit) were at -18 deg C or less
No hot holding at time of inspection
High temperature dishwasher achieved 73.3 deg C on rinse cycle
3 compartment sink with beach available on site
Staff washroom properly stocked with soap/paper towels
Dry storage is okay, but some organization is required
No signs of pests at time of inspection
Operator has a valid FoodSafe certificate, expiry in 2023
