Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Flour coating from the pervious night was stored at room temperature and had food in it.
Corrective Action(s): Flour coating must be discarded at the end of each night. Flour was discarded at the time of inspection.

Observation: Bleach was stored in a spray bottle labelled Quats sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): All chemical containers must be properly labelled to prevent accidental mixing and/or misuse. Incompatible chemicals may mix to product toxic by-products.

Comments

-Prep cooler was at 4C.
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Chest freezer was at -20C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Gravy was cooked to greater than 74C prior to hot holding.
-Beef burger patty was cooked to greater than 71C.
-Grilled mushrooms made the previous night were cooled to 4C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach was at 100ppm. Facility is currently using bleach sanitizer, waiting for Quats sanitizer to arrive.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer was at 200ppm.
-General food storage practice good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from contamination. Raw meats were stored below ready-to-eat foods.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and air dryer.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until January 04, 2025.

-Workplace COVID-19 safety plan completed.
-Facility is offering dine-in services. Seating capacity documented in COVID-19 safety plan.

-Markers placed on the floor to provide physical distance.
-Staff and customers were observed adhering to the Order respecting face coverings.
