-Hand wash stations *2 equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
-All coolers and prep coolers at 4C or under
-Walk in cooler thermometer displays 12C but foods are at 4C or under
-Freezers are at -18C or under. Deep freezer (Fridgidaire brand) not checked for temperature as utensils were stored on top
-Chlorine sanitizer used, 100ppm
-High temperature dishwasher measured 71.9C at plate
-General cleanliness satisfactory, no signs of pests other than ants
