Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezer operating at -18'C ( except broken small cooler )
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
- Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
- General food storage practice noted in coolers.
- 200ppm Quats available at automated dispenser.
** Clean the ice machine
**3 compartment sink equipped for manual dishwashing- Discussed 4 steps of manual dishwashing

** Store all clean utensils and take out containers in sealed, store all food products in cooler , freezer and all packaged foods ( soft packaged - plastic or paper) in sealed bin to protect from contamination due to rodent activity in the facility
***control report is reviewed (latest in April 23-2025) a better reporting from the pest control will help facility to address rodent activities
*** Temp log sheet is being used however not all data are captured properly or correctly
-Submit a written report to address all noted issues and action taken to address those to the area inspector no late then Tuesday May 6-2025
