Ensure sanitizer is available at milk wand - wiping cloth is to stay in sanitizer.
Ensure dishwasher is monitored daily and recorded on a log - recommend obtaining a max/min thermometer. Looking for 71C/160F on the inside of the machine.
Provide test strips to monitor sanitizer concentration
Ensure only one rack is placed into dishwasher at a time - do not double stack

All temperatures meet health requirements
Hand washing sinks equipped with liquid soap, paper towel & hot/cold running water
Sanitizer at dispenser tested at 200ppm Quats
Temperatures monitored by engineering
Dishwasher reached 71C at plates surface during rinse cycle
No signs of pest activity during time of inspection
All foods come from main kitchen
