Food safety plan - posted. Probe thermometer available for verifying food temperatures.
Coolers - at 4C (40F) or colder. Thermometers available in coolers.
Freezers - satisfactory.
Food appears to be labelled and from approved sources (no home prepared food).
Both the bar and the main kitchen have hand washing sinks (liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold water provided).
Non-latex disposable gloves also available.
Discussed special events. In some cases, for outside events, a simple hand washing station may be required.
Sanitation plan - posted. Follow a routine cleaning schedule.
Chlorine bleach is available (use 1 tsp plain bleach in 1 liter water to obtain 100-200ppm chlorine for wiping cloths and food contact surfaces. Ice machine appears clean.
Main kitchen dishwasher has a final hot water sanitizing rinse (>180F at gauge and >160F inside of machine) - good.
Glassware washer - has a final chlorine sanitizing rinse - good.
Pest control is in place. Provide a copy of your latest licenced pest control report to Fraser Health.
