- Premises and equipment (ice machine) maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel at the sink for handwashing.
- Cooler were 4C or colder
- Glasswasher functional. 100ppm chlorine detected on glass after cycle. Test strips present for monitoring.
- No signs of current pest activity at the time of the inspection. Catch trap and glue board present for monitoring.
- Only beverages and popcorn.
*Check Foodsafe level 1 certificate for staff to ensure they are valid and to ensure compliance. In the Operator's absence at least one staff member must be present who has completed Foodsafe level 1.
